Excellent service as always.

Very happy friendly staff but think when got 3 or more people should only pay £3 total.

We have always been pleased with the service from Imagine Car Park Outdoor and we have used this particular service for very many years. However I was extremely disappointed to be told that it is now £3 each way for the transport to and from Liverpool Airport drop off. Until the price rise to £3 from the Airport Authority in April it always cost £2 for a return journey. Considering the number of people who would use Imagine to get to and from the drop off I think that Imagine are being greedy, I can understand the price rising to £3 but to charge for both ways I feel is not acceptable and we shall be looking elsewhere in the future.

We have used this place many times in the past and its been great but recently the service has been average - they got the date wrong for our return, their was no minibus as it was broken and we were left at 2.30am at the airport. Were told my husband had to walk to the roundabout and ended up walking all the way up the road to the garage !! I have 2 young children - this put an extra hour on our already late and delayed night.. not good..

Great easy service with zero problems... very smooth experience.

They used to give you a lift to the airport as part of parking fee. Now it's £3. Not too thrilled about that.
