Efficient, value for money and friendly staff. I would have liked to have been shown to my car upon return, but perhaps that isn't always possible if there are a lot of customers waiting. A larger sign to indicate the location of the building would have been helpful. Overall a very good service.

Easy to find. Within walking distance of airport. NO messing/straight to airport. Return/ phone call/ there within a couple of minutes/ pick up car. Cheapest with excellent service. Used them 3 times and will continue to do so whenever I fly from Liverpool.

Through Park and Go we used Imagine Car Parking at Liverpool airport. We thought the service was great. One guy because it was a very early departure and a very late arrival, he was quick and polite, helped with the luggage. Would use this service again.

When dropping off my car early (5am) there was only one member of staff and he was booking you in and driving the mini bus to drop you at the airport. Didn't cause me any delay though. Apart from that it was very good.
