Great service, will use again.

Car park a little difficult to find initially (more signage would be helpful), but staff really pleasant and helpful when we got there. Shuttle bus took just barely any time and dropped us right opposite departures. Very convenient. When we got back to Liverpool they came and collected us straight away (had already left car park after a different booking but turned around to come back for us) which was nice. I'd requested a pick up time a bit later than our flight was expected to arrive to allow for delays and time to get through security, but we actually arrived in good time which unfortunately meant our car was not instantly accessible as they weren't expecting us for quite some time. This was my fault not theirs and they made every effort to make sure we weren't waiting around for too long and we were really friendly and chatty and asked if we'd enjoyed our trip, even offering us biscuits for having to wait for the car! All in all a really positive experience, only suggestion is to have more directional signage as it would be a bit stressful if you're on a tight time frame for a flight and can't find the car park! Now I know where they are, will definitely use again if flying from Liverpool!

Excellent location, speed of transfer. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately, it took 30 minutes to get to my car on arrival back at the depot. They didn't know where it was, then discovered it was 2 miles away off site so I was dropped off at an industrial estate to collect it. I was only away 4 days and didn't know my car would be driven off site. Dissapointed as it was so much cheaper than the airport carpark. Wouldn't use them again for that reason.

I don't know why I do these. Imagine are that good I should be keeping it quiet. As long as you respect Rocky.

What can we say, have used Imagine on several occasions and always found they provide a very high level of service, very prompt with drop off and pickup, professional and friendly and good value for money.

Easy to find, easy to park, easy drop off and pick up - no probs here, recommend.

Good service pleasent helpfull staff would recomend and use again.
