Have been using Imagine car park Liverpool for the past twenty years or so and never had any problems. Always a polite courteous service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

People were friendly and helpful. However, I was asked to pay £2 extra for the lift to the airport (it is a long walk and I had two large bags) and £2 for the return. I checked the booking slip afterwards which said that a 'courtesy' bus was provided. I am surprised I had to pay for the 'courtesy'. Disappointing.

Prompt drop off and pick up. We have used Imagine many times and always been pleased with the service they provide.

Once again fantastic service. We have used this car park on a couple of occasions now and every time it's easy and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Always parked here, very good service and good value too. The bus picks you up and drops you off, and you don't have to wait long either end I have recommended them to my friends, now they take there car there too.

It was very good, but I was annoyed having to pay extra for the going in the bus ...whats that all about !!!!

A really great end-to-end experience. Great online booking, check-in and transfer to the terminal. Car was waiting on return and speedy exit. Can't fault any of it. Would recommend and use again for sure.
