no problem with service, exactly what it was suppose to be.

Have used many times and have always found to be a great service! Arrived late last time with minutes to spare and they did all they could to rush us there and sorted paperwork out on our return! Fantastic!

Directions to the site were excellent, but unfortunately they had no record of the booking. Luckily I had my printed receipt which I showed the guy on the desk. The minibus was waiting to go to the airport but the driver waited whilst our paperwork was processed. We had less than 5 mins to wait for the return minibus. I would definitely recommend this firm.

Have been using Imagine car park Liverpool for the past twenty years or so and never had any problems. Always a polite courteous service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

People were friendly and helpful. However, I was asked to pay £2 extra for the lift to the airport (it is a long walk and I had two large bags) and £2 for the return. I checked the booking slip afterwards which said that a 'courtesy' bus was provided. I am surprised I had to pay for the 'courtesy'. Disappointing.

Prompt drop off and pick up. We have used Imagine many times and always been pleased with the service they provide.

Once again fantastic service. We have used this car park on a couple of occasions now and every time it's easy and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Always parked here, very good service and good value too. The bus picks you up and drops you off, and you don't have to wait long either end I have recommended them to my friends, now they take there car there too.
