Well organised and timely. Well priced too. Only problems were on return. The instruction paperwork we’d been said the bus would be at Bay R but Airparks actually use Bay E. It does say E on the collection voucher but we only noticed this after we’d gone to the wrong bay and missed a bus. The car was parked in row E when the key return screen said it was in row F. Finally the instructions to scan the barcode at the exit gate are poor. I’d held it up to the glowing light without success before getting out and spotting that it needed to be inserted into the glowing slot. I did this and it clicked but the gate didn’t open. I tried several times getting clicks each time without joy and we had to press the emergency call button in the end to get it opened which did happen quickly. The instructions at the gate should say “insert” not just “scan” the barcode.

We thought it was very good but quite far from the airport and very expensive. Our friends paid only £10 more for meet and greet and so got home nearly an hour before us!
