The drop off worked well, but had to wait a little while longer than promised on the return. This was made worse by the weather, freezing cold and windy.

Worked well, drop perfect, PU worked well in the end but a bit worried when it took 4 calls to get someone to answer phone at Meet and Greet! PS I think Luton airport sucks for charging £1.00 just to drop off passengers.
