Reviewed on 7th October 2013The drop off was very nice and swift, I would give it 5 out of 5, on my return I call up and I told the controller that I have just landed. By the time to my car I had to pay £5 to come out because the driver brought the car out too soon, I rate that 1 out 5.

Reviewed on 5th October 2013The return "meet" was delayed, so we were kept waiting late at night in cold, damp conditions for 10 minutes longer than promised. It would have been quicker to have used the long stay car park. The whole object of "meet and greet" was defeated.

Reviewed on 22nd May 2012Well, outbound had no problems. Inbound a different story. I felt I had more mileage on my car than was acceptable. The exchange process took ages and subsequently rather than paying £1 to exit the car park it went into the next charge band. This was mainly due to the incompetency of the agent who failed to mention that we had to pay before approaching the exit barrier. So a queue formed behind our car and we had to navigate a complicated return to the payment machine. Therefore, now in the next charging band period and having to pay even more as it levied a £1.95 credit card fee as we had little or no change at all. But we did have a pound coin which would have been sufficient if we had been dealt with properly!! All this at 4.am on a cold Sunday morning at Luton airport.
