Arriving at the car park is easy, we were soon on the bus and taken to the airport. Coming back was not so pleasant, we waited over 20 minutes for the bus. Once on the bus the return to the car park was fine and we were soon on our way home. So, good in parts but there is room for improvement.

Outbound great staff lovely. Inbound extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I was left wandering around the carpark in the dark trying to find my car. The attendants wouldnt come from behind the desk to help and seemed annoyed at my asking. Im a female travelling alone late at night the attitude was appalling.

Found staff member on reception on arrival quite abrupt, not downright rude, but curt, especially with older people in queue in front of me. I know there has been a lot of trouble with flight times being changed for our flight and he gave the impression that he was not expecting so many people at this time and let everyone know it. Usual story about care of the car. Had something taken out of my boot in the past (not reported) and this time have 3" scratch, hopefully will t cut. Seeing as I'm moaning lol, the wait for a bus on our arrival back seemed to take longer than usual but not excessive. Office staff on arrival back in uk ok, no problems. Bus staff both times also no problem, quite helpful. Not sure yet if I will use this car park again next year. will decide then.

It was OK, reasonable price.

Parking fine, but large bus transfers can mean longer waits. We waited 25mins at T2 on return.

I parked my car at aph at Manchester on the 10th November till 17th November. When we arrived we were very impresed with the parking and was treated really well.But when i returned to collect my car i noticed the front number plate had been smashed. When i went to tell the people involved they didnt want to know and told me to send a letter in to the main office. Was very disappointed with this.
