This was the best airport parking at Manchester we have had after several attempts! The arrival process was very good and the pick up also. Just a couple of points - in the dark the signs could be a little clearer when leaving the car park - we actually ended in a cul de sac at one end of the car park! Secondly our driver on return was clearly in a hurry to get back and do another pick up - perhaps to much of a hurry! If the driver is taking chances driving just to catch up that isn't good

Excellent service, dropped car off and was at the airport terminal within 20minutes. Will definately recomend and use this service again when flying from Manchester.

First time parking at the airport and good experience here. Staff were friendly and professional. Took about 6-7 mins to terminal 1 in evening traffic. Just be prepared you may have to wait 10 mins or so while they let a few people check in and board the bus. Definitely worth it for the saving though. Bus picked me up about 100 yards from arrivals, and was very prompt.

A grumpy driver on the way back spoiled what might have otherwise been a 5 out of 5 review. The system works well overall, and the outgoing bus driver was particularly helpful and friendly, lifting our bags on and off the bus for us. This raised our expectations of help on the way back - but Mr Grumpy's first words were "Don't open that bottle of Coke on my bus or I'll make you clear it up." If APH fired/retired or retrained this bus driver, I'd be happy to give them maximum marks, since all other aspects of their service were great.

As a first time user of this car parking facility I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff are very friendly, particularly the bus drivers who help with the baggage and I could see upon arrival my car would be parked securely. The pricing is extremely good and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. I will definitely use this facility again when I'm next away from home.

Excellent service for a 1st time traveller with 3 children would highly recommend driver waiting on our departure and only a quick phone call and a 3 minute wait for our car to be returned on our return to the UK.
