We expected difficulty collecting our car at 4.00 in the morning after being caught up in the volcanic ash fiasco. We were 4 days late back and had given no notice whatsoever to APH but the shuttle bus arrived at Manchester airport a few minutes after ringing and the car was waiting for us at the car park. Just had a few more pounds to pay for extra days but wonderful service overall.

We found the staff really helpful and friendly. We did infact get lost on the way to the car park and we contacted the office and they gave us directions right to the door. On our return we were delayed due to the weather and didnt infact land until 0300 hours. I contacted your office to say we had arrived and by the time we came out of arrivals there was someone to meet us. I would definitely use you car parking facilities again and have no hesitation in recommending you. Many thanks.

The service I received couldn't have been better , freindly and courtious staff and an efficient pick up at the end of our trip . we will book again .

We booked this based on good reviews. We were not disappointed. They were very well otganised, efficient and professional. There were no delays in either drop off or pick up and we would definitely use them again.
