Go Park and Ride Reviews

Getting there was very easy, clear directions and exemplary service on arrival at 4am. Coming home was totally different. There were no instructions on the parking voucher whatsoever of what to do when leaving the airport, and looking back through the mail chain, no instructions were given at all. I tried the website again and tried to download the parking voucher again to see if there was a page I hadn't printed out but the website said the parking voucher had expired. It took 13 calls to get through to the Car Park Office (Head Office was closed at 5:30pm). They told me where to wait and that a driver would be with me in 10 minutes. It was 20 minutes before we left the airport, the driver was a really nice guy though, very helpful. My car was waiting when I got back but someone had messed with the driver's seat and changed the position and not put it back.

Although the car park was easy to find and the pick up was quick. I would only give the staff a 1 rating. Appearance, professionalism and driving to and from airport was not a nice experience. Was also met with a huge Alsatian dog at 1.00 am when collecting car which wasn't the nicest experience. Will stick to Hunters next time. Also felt slightly conned as well that I had to pay £10 for airport access that I hadn't envisaged. I always use Park and Go and will continue but will not be using Go Park and Ride in the future.

Excellent service, check in and security. Return pick up was over 30 minutes though which was too long with a toddler and a long days travel. Would recommend.

1st time we have used this company and were very impressed with the service we received on drop off and pick up.I would like to mention Disco Dave who was so helpful and friendly what a great guy he gave us instructions on getting back on the road back up north.

Car parking was easy. Short wait and onto the mini bus. Driver was very helpful and entertaining. On the way back I was lucky as the bus was there when I arrived and they fitted me on. The driver this time was really excellent and drove right to my car and put the luggage in there for me. Excellent service. Only slight issue was I dropped the car in one location and we went to a new location to pick it up, so I had to work out where I was! But I guess that is just a transition issue and will not be a problem in future.

Difficult to find the car park however I have been before and heard other people whiny about getting lost maybe a sign nearby to help people Other than that very easy and stress free staff friendly and helpful and was very easy returning from pick up point will use again

Very efficient service ! I could not locate location by satnav but changed to Google maps and resolved this ! Polite and helpful staff and very prompt on return pick up !
