Excellent service, check in and security. Return pick up was over 30 minutes though which was too long with a toddler and a long days travel. Would recommend.

Very efficient service ! I could not locate location by satnav but changed to Google maps and resolved this ! Polite and helpful staff and very prompt on return pick up !

Very good. Only problem was sat nav took me 1/2 mile away, phoned for directions last 5 minutes. Everything went great from then. WILL USE AGAIN.

Everything went smoothly. Dropped car off, taken to airport within 10 minutes. Immediate pick up from airport on return with car ready and waiting at site. Staff all very polite. The only small thing I would say is the entrance isn’t well lit, so can be a little tricky to see if arriving in the dark.

Overall a good price and service with friendly staff.

Difficult to find due to lack of signage and postcode taking sat nav to the wrong location, but service excellent and very efficient once found. Would definitely use again.

The car park was good but access on arrival needs to be improved. It was very secure but we had difficulty gaining entry. When we returned on Friday around 5pm the traffic was horrendous and it took a while to pick us up and get back to the car park.

The overall experience was fine but the place is difficult to find on a first visit. The sat nav told me I had reached my destination some half a mile away from the premises and there are no signs from the roadside to indicate where the place actually is. You have to drive through a garden nursery to find the gate to the car park and the gate only has a very small sign indicating "Go Park & Ride" with no instructions on how to get in. I had to ring them to open the gate for me.
