Reviewed on 20th April 2014A very prompt and convenient service. We have now used Jetparks several times at Manchester and would not consider using any other car park in the area. Thanks for being flexible as we arrived 2 hours prior to our scheduled arrival and there was no extra charge. Make sure to record the location of your car or risk being stranded. Book early for the best prices. A great A1 service.

Reviewed on 12th December 2013The car park is good, but on arrival they had no record of my booking, they let me park and I had to contact park and go to get it sorted out, which I did via email. but on return they still had no record of my booking and I had to wait 15 minutes until someone from jetparks drove down to inspect my booking printout.

Reviewed on 10th October 2013Car park was easy to find. No driving round the airport getting lost or stuck in traffic. The automatic number plate recognition didn't work but only had to press a buzzer and give the reference number and was let in straight away. We found a space to park straight away and the bus arrived within 5 minutes. Bit of a bore having to travel round all the terminals however on return it meant we were the last pick up. Returned to the car which was as I left it although a little tight getting it out. Would definitely recommend and re book again

Reviewed on 5th July 2013Used Jetpark 2. Easy to find, especially with video on Jetparks site. Parking spaces easy to find. Bus came in 10mins at 3am, only a 10min ride to Term 2. Only issue was that the barrier didn't open auto (unlike Jetparks3 last year)and had to push the 'help' button who then provided a token for return (via gate machine)and opened the barrier. Equally quick pick-up for return.
