Lovely friendly guys, no hassle and was happy to help with any questions, car was picked up promptly and back with us as soon as we got to the car park. Would definitely recommend and use again if we fly from Manchester again.

When dropping off the car there was a little misunderstanding of where we were to meet up, however this was rectified by the drive to allow us to go on holiday. Then on our return, there was a mix up with the time of arrival, we booked it for 0130 hrs and they had it for 1330 hrs. Easy mistake, however quickly rectified by the company even though very early in the morning, and the car was with us within 15 - 20 minutes. Good service, with quick thinking staff who seem to be customer focused.

There promptly on arrival. Return flight was delayed by 22 hours and we had to wait 45 minutes on return but he was then there when he said he would be.

Does what is says on the tin. We got there early and had to wait, but that was our issue as we got there early. And the car was there with in 2 minutes of walking out. This would have been 5 stars but the state of that car when it was returned looked like it had been parked IN a conifer… like covered it all sorts… but other than that a great service.

Good service, bit late on pickup.

We phoned the driver 20 minutes before to arrive to airport and they didn’t know anything about our booking, so we had to wait 20 minutes to meet the driver. When returning the car, the driver seemed to be on rush and when we were inspecting the car, the driver had already gone without asking me a signature or something.

I was very happy with the service received but then you went and let yourselves down by returning my car to me filthy dirty with thick mud all in the drivers foot well and all over the bottom of the driver door. So instead of stepping into my car they had stepped onto the bottom of door panel with mud. This has now proved very difficult to get off and as you can imagine I am not particularly impressed!

Does what it says on the can. On time meeting at departure and return. Very nice drivers, friendly and courteous. Will carry on using this service. The money off vouchers received periodically generally 12% off come in handy. We had to cancel and change our booking once due to illness and had no problems getting our money back as paid the 1.99 cancellation cover and rebooked when we knew new dates of travel.
