Couldn't have been better. Car park directly opposite the terminal. No problem finding a space. Car park easy to find, and easy to enter and exit. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived at the multi storey on time, and found there was no parking at all, had to drive around for ages to find a space near the top level which was a ball ache with heavy luggage and a wheelchair! All the disabled bays was taken, and blocked in by inconsiderate people dropping/picking up. The number plate recognition system worked like a charm upon entering the car park, but no token given after a brief conversation with the staff, among departure of the car park the barriers didn't lift up and demanded a token! Had to press the buzzer to speak to someone who verified the car number plates before raising the barriers to let us out. Overall the system kind of work, needs to update to customers about no tokens being given, and might want to warn about giving extra time to find a space if your in a hurry for a flight.

What better way to start and end the holiday than parking up and being 800 yards from departures to arrivals? That's what we had this last trip, unbelievable and worth it's weight in gold. It made the trip home stress free and quicker. Thank you Park & Go...we'll see you again real soon.

I have used all the parking services at the airport including meet and greet, but I have found this to be the best by far. So convenient, easy to use and right next to the departure doors. Would most definitely use this again.

Excellent service. Don't know if I read the instructions correctly but was waiting for yellow disc....but told via telephone that you did vehicle plate recognition and didn't need one.

The car park is so convenient that you just can't fault it. Two points of caution though. Firstly, we amended our booking to add a week at the beginning and it gave us problems - they still had only the original booking on their system. Fortunately I had taken print-outs of the original and the amended showing because they did send someone down to the barrier to check. We had the same issue coming home when after inserting the token, it showed an amount of over £700 owing! It was easier to sort out this time as it was actually the same person we had dealt with 20 days previously. The second thing is more general - we left from T2 and arrived back at T1. It is one heck of a walk (undercover) between the two. This is one occasion where we might have been better booking off terminal or meet and greet.

Excellent as always. My only gripe is whichever car we take the number plate recognition camera does not recognize the car and we have to speak to someone. It is always cleared up in seconds to be fair once I give them a reference number.

Car parking very good, had to drive around several times before we found a space but generally very good.

An excellent facility . However because of family problems we came back from holiday after only 9 days having booked the parking for20. I paid extra money for cancellation. But on my return I was handed form one operation to another no one was interested and despite promises no one returned my calls . Very poor an excellent facility spoiled.
