Okay.

Very efficient meeting at Manchester Airport both early in the morning and late at night. Only a 4 given because in spite of not noticing anything after a quick superficial inspection of the car on delivery in the dark and rain, on closer examination the next morning I noticed a significant scrape on the front bumper (due to bad parking e.g. hitting a curb??)

Very good would use again on next holiday.

Great parking experience with friendly and helpful staff. Drop off and pick up both went smoothly. Great value for money also.

Went very well, very convenient, location for pickup was not 100% clear but not a big problem, staff were polite and efficient. would use again.

Drop off easy and car was delivered back within 5 minutes so no waiting around. Really good service. Only 1 problem, when giving arrival time on booking make sure this is correct. We arrived 1 hour earlier and I did not appreciate the problems this would cause. Initially told tough - we were too early, although we did manage to get this resolved.

Pick up and collect at both ends was very quick and much quicker than previous meet and greet firms I have used. However, not sure how close the car was parked as I noticed there were 15 miles extra on the clock which suggests the car park was 7 miles away which is strange as collection after we landed was quick!

Good Service and Friendly staff, not too long to wait.
