Reviewed on 9th September 2018Having never done meet and greet before I thought I would give it ago, and it safe to say never again. It’s more hassle than that it’s worth, the staff don’t explain the meeting points and destinations very well. Also tell you there going to be there and still don’t turn up 15 minutes later, having told you on then phone that If your in the drop off point over 10 minuets it costs you £25 to get out! then when you ask them about it and why wasn’t they there they get really nasty and defensive. Then when I asked if I could receive a text to say my car was back okay for piece or mind he told me they didn’t do this, i had to ask again and explain that it was just for piece of mind, then he said okay. Not a good first impression on the company! Would never use again! It’s a shame though because all the people I spoke to on the phone was really nice!

Reviewed on 13th June 2018Drop off and storage no problem, but everybody wanted their car back at the same time! Nearly an hour waiting for car on return, otherwise all good.

Reviewed on 24th May 2018Chauffeur waiting for us at T3 Manchester when we arrived. Checked car for existing bodywork flaws. Checked mileage. Drove away. 5* for this part. Return was a different matter. Our incoming flight was 4 hours late. We phoned Ringway from Paris CDG to tell them our new flight number and ETA. Gave me a warning that they were already scheduled to meet 4 other flights at roughly same time so could be a delay in meeting us. They already had 4 drivers on duty. OK we arrived then on schedule and phoned Ringway Ride. Would have to wait around 30 mins. After 45 minutes phoned again and was advised of another 15/20 mins. Driver arrived at the one hour mark apologising but saying traffic was awful. This was finally now about 2:45 on a Saturday. And yes we watched a constant flow of traffic whilst we were waiting in the glorious sunshine, thankfully. For this part of the service I would have awarded a 2*. Lesson to be learnt by Ringway.....we understand it was not their fault that we had arrived later than agreed. But a phone call to us every 15 minutes just updating our collection time would have taken a lot out of the unhappiness. Other than this I would have had no hesitation in awarding 5* as drivers were polite, helpful and considerate.

Reviewed on 14th May 2018Drop off collection absolutely fine with no issues. Return pick up however was a different issue, we arrived back in the UK rather late, the paperwork said ring when collected baggage so I phoned the number issued, there was no answer. I called a further 6 times with no answer, at this point we are stood in arrivals thinking what the hell do we do now, finally the phone was answered and car was on its way but we had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive. I know this could have been a 1 off but there needs to be a better service for late arrivals.
