Quick and smooth procedure. My first experience of meet and greet. Very good customer service. I received a call about 30 minutes before to confirm my time of arrival, which gave me satisfaction that someone will be there to receive the car. When I arrived, someone is waiting for me. And on return, only 15 minutes wait after I called.

Good pick up going out, nice young man picked our car up on time wished us a good holiday. Coming back, phoned when we got through customs, a bit confusing when told where to pick car up, waited 25 minutes. Luckily it wasn't cold and we didn't have kids with us, that's why its only 4 and not 5.
