Runway Park and Fly Meet and Greet Reviews

The departure was a nightmare. The driver was 30 minutes late picking up my car which made me miss my flight as Manchester was busy that day. The return (on a Tuesday) was as I would expect - they delivered the car promptly. I need a meet and greet service as I travel extensively on business. I thought I had found a reliable company but Fridays experience was awful. I called the main number for help and they did try to assist however if the controller at the airport is not answering his phone, they don’t send a driver to pick up your car and don’t give a toss if you are being delayed then quite frankly you are stuffed. You are completely at the mercy of total incompetence. My feeling is if you are busy and don’t have enough drivers then don’t take the booking. I arrived at the airport already checked in 90 mins before my flight which was plenty of time. However with that 30 minute delay it completely ruined everything. The search continues for a reliable meet and greet service.
