It took 45 mins to get the car after the time, they mentioned/asked us to wait.

Terrible experience. On the way out had to call 38 times before I managed to get some communication. They showed up 1 hour 20 minutes after the arranged time and I almost lost my flight. On the way back, I called them after picking up my luggage, and it took 6 calls and 1 hour later they finally brought the car.
