Car Park was not aware of my booking, which meant I was stuck at the gate for 30 minutes not being able to get out.

Booking 6 weeks in advance. I turned up to the car park with the system having no knowledge of my booking. Once I got in and parked I called park&go, they apologised and insured me my booking would be sent over to the car park and I will have no problems leaving the car park 2 weeks later. We tried to leave 2 weeks later at 5am. Barrier did not lift so we pressed the help button. Car park attendant had no info on my booking after taking all my details. Said we had to pay the £675 to exit. After a long flight, 2 young kids in the back. A lot of back and forth questions and a 30 min wait he let us out the car park. Not happy at all.
