Driving Directions

On arrival, there is no need to look for a car park, simply follow the signs to your departure terminal's Drop Off area.

Please call VIP Parking (the telephone number is provided on your booking confirmation email) when you are approximately 15 minutes away from the airport. A chauffeur wearing a Black and Orange T-Shirt will be there to meet you.

Airport Access Fees

Please note: an additional £5.00 airport access fee is required to enter the terminal area. This fee is payable to the driver on arrival.

On your return, a £6.40 exit fee is charged by the airport and must be paid at the barrier on exit (Terminals 1 & 3). For Terminal 2, the exit fee payment must be made online by the end of the following day.

The airport uses ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) to record vehicle entry and exit.

Oversize Vehicle Charges

An additional charge of £10 applies to oversized vehicles that do not fit into a standard parking bay. This includes:

• Minibuses
• Vans
• Commercial vehicles
• Campervans

This fee is payable to the driver upon arrival.

FAQ

What if I want to arrive earlier than my booked time?

That's absolutely fine. Please call VIP Meet and Greet using the phone number on your voucher as soon as you know you'll be arriving earlier (or later, if for example you're stuck in traffic) than planned. This allows them to adjust the chauffeurs' schedule accordingly.

When you're approximately 15 minutes away from the airport, please call again to reconfirm your updated arrival time.
