Reviewed on 29th July 2009The staff were so organised and helpful we had no waiting around before being taken to the airport. Our return was a day earlier than expected - at least 20 cars had to be moved to reach ours (at 4 in the morning) but it was done courteously and without problem. I would recommend Callerton to anyone and will certainly use them again when flying from Newcastle.

Reviewed on 28th July 2009I will never use Callerton Parking again. This was nothing more than a common for storing cars. There was no lighting at all outside. We arrived at three in the morning and were greeted by an ignorant attendent who was swearing under his breath at myself and my son in law!! Never again !

Reviewed on 28th July 2009Very close to the airport and fast to pick up on the return flight. I was displeased by the fact that my vehicle had gained 5 miles on the clock when I was told that it would not be moved. This magical gain in mileage may be due to the fact that it is a very fast sports car and someone decided to take it for a spin along the (strangely enough) 2.3 mile stretch towards the A1 and back again. Very Disappointing.

Reviewed on 28th July 2009We were a bit concerned on arrival as the place looks quite run down and the cars are packed in like sardines. However we received a very good service and the staff were very helpful, car was ready and waiting on our return, we would use again.

Reviewed on 28th July 2009Booking and arrival totally fine. On return to the car the car was absolutley flithy covered in mud, the nightwatch man said it was parked next to a muddy puddle so why didn't they clean it?

Reviewed on 28th July 2009We were not happy with the return journey as we had a 20min wait after being told there was a bus on its way and they only sent one bus to pick up too many people waiting which meant we had to wait another 15 mins for the next one. We would probably not use them next time but pay the few extra pounds and use the on site airport parking which we have used before without issue.
