Shuttle bus always on time, bus driver not very happy, my car very muddy inside when I pick it up.

Have used callerton twice now and they are reasonably priced and are very convenient for the airport being just 5 mins away, however their organisation of getting you to and especially from the airport at busy times is very hit and miss. We arrived back at Newcastle ( party of 9, including a baby, so we were going to fill one of their little minibuses, but the organisation was so poor another couple with a toddler jumped on the bus and some of our party had to travel sat on a makeshift step in the rear of the minibus. This can't be acceptable, but the driver thought it was fine. We also left a lot of unhappy people running round the car park trying to find out, where they would be picked up from. Once back at the callerton compound our car was ready and waiting so the organisation of this part was fine. I think for the 10-15 quid difference i'll just park at the airport next time and save myself the hassle.

Really great and quick service, never had service like it; 10 out of 10! Can recommend and will use every flight I take from Newcastle.

I recently left my car here for 14 days while i holidayed abroad. This parking is very near to the airport and excellent in every way! On my return, i rang to be picked up from the airport and I could not believe how quick they were in picking me up, literally 2 or 3 minutes. A very efficient service, which I would recommend to anyone, very reasonable price, too!

After flying in to heavy snow ithought there would be a delay on being picked up and getting my car, no problem, van waiting for us and car was running to warm it up, its the only car parking company I would use.

To look at the place you would think have I dropped a clanger, but the answer was no - the staff and the service provided was spot on, plus a added bonus of saving paying more money at other car parks. Many thanks, Callerton! Andy

The office and van used for your drop off and pick-up are surprisingly scruffy, but the service worked very smoothly and no waiting around.
