all was great untill our return having phoned to be collected at 4.30 at 4.50 having not been collected we had to phone again we were told by the driver that no one had passed on our first call but we would still book here again

Apart from quite a few fights landing at the same time and having to queue on the tarmac to get into passport control, the driver managed to get us on the bus and back to the car quickly.

Easy to find, staff friendly and explain how the car park works. I will use the facility again in the future. Thank you

We arrived 7am 18/08/10 at the car park - found the staff on duty to be curtious and pleasant. Given 2 numbers to call on our return. Returned 21/08/10 our call was answered immediately and by the time we arrived at the pickup point so did the minibus. Back at the car park our car was ready and waiting and the gentleman we dealt with was also very polite and mannerly.
