Reviewed on 26th April 2010pleased with the service, but arrived 4 days late from egypt to be told I had to pay extra £20 CASH. This was due to the recent crisis, others did,nt charge.

Reviewed on 22nd April 2010Staff were very helpful at the Newcastle site for my cars 2 week stay but got caught out with the £5.00 per day charge when my flight was cancelled for 5 days - £25.00 cash - ouch!
