Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

On return to uk went to pick up my car only to find drivers side carpet and seat dirty (mud) and also air con switched on and 10 miles on the clock. no explanation given. Will not use carpark again and would not recommend it to any one else.

No problems with this parking facility - quick and easy when we arrived - quick and easy when we were collected - the car was waiting near reception for our return - excellent service, would use again and will recommend!

Not great on the eye, as in looks a bit shabby but Staff were spot on and my car was in the same great condition when i returned home to the uk. Cheaper than some of the other car parks in the area too, so an added bonus. Well done & thanks.

Ok service although not very professional, cars all over the place etc on arrival. Phoned on return after picking up baggage, Mini bus arrived promptly. However I was advised that they werent expecting me at that time and that it would maybe be a couple of hours before I could get the car. Driver said that I had given them the wrong time when I had handed my flight details over to the receptionist. Even after explaining this I was made to feel like a liar. (I have confirmation of my voucher as showing as the correct time). It was stressed that if my car was ready I should leave a big tip and this was not in a joking manner. How many times have they tried to pull this scam in the early hours of the morning. Will look to book elswhere in future.

The service received at Callerton Parking was excellent. Upon arrival our car was left at Reception and while we checked in a member of staff transferred our luggage onto a mini bus to transport us to the airport. Upon our return we made a quick telephone call and the mini bus was waiting for us. Upon returning to Callerton Parking our car was at Reception waiting. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we would most certainly use this facility again.

A lot less bother than parking in airport car park, drop off and pick up was quick and trouble free, no walking dragging suit cases involved, drop off and pick up point very close to terminal, I will use Callerton parking again.

All went well and very close to airport which is a bonus. Cheapest we could find on any website. Efficiently run. First impression is that of a rundown farm but it served the purpose well.
