No problem recommending this service, it was straightforward and quick, would definitely use again.

The car park is disorganised, looks like a scrap yard, cars are parked in a field, and the mini bus is dirty with food and bottles both on the floor and seats. We collected our vehicle to find the number plate on the dash board as it had been knocked off.

From start to finish this is an excellent service. We have used this several times and have always been extremely satisfied. I never score surveys the maximum points, but this does merit a 5/5!!

Good service, but had problem contacting Callerton Parking from Newcastle Airport on freephone number - had to try 5 times, then connection very faint, hard to hear.

Polite, efficient service. They even made a second trip to the Airport with our son's passport which had been left in our car. Car parked at the exit ready for our return late on a Sunday night. Would recommend and use again.

Very efficient and well mannered staff.

Can't fault the service. Park site easy to find and easier than going to the airport. We were expected after a late booking and taken to the airport promptly, just leaving our car at the entrance. On return, we were collected quickly and our car was waiting at the site entrance to drive away. 'The Ronseal Parking'. Only downside was that our few minutes wait for the minibus on return coincided with a heavy rain shower. A pickup closer to the terminal would have been more pleasant.

Location very convenient and close so transfers are easy, however, impression is that office, systems and bus for customers could be improved although the staff were polite.

Well organised set up, no problems at all.
