Easy in and out with no problems. Dropped off straight away at the Airport and collected promptly on my arrival back at the Airport. It's the service you want really.....no hassle and friendly faces. Cheers Gentlemen.

Excellent friendly service, Easy drop off and pickup. No hassle at all. The staff are friendly, polite and chatty. Would be happy to use them again.

Car park was easy to find. Took only a couple of minutes to leave the car and get on the courtesy bus - no hanging around waiting for other travllers. On return, bus arrived to collect us within 5 minutes, maybe even less. Car was ready to drive away immediately. No problems at all.

Very efficient and friendly. On return we called as we came out of baggage claim and by the time we got to the pick up point with our trolley the van was pulling up to collect us - we will be using this sevice again.

Overall I was impressed. I did have the anxiety that my car would be driven all over Newcastle but this was proved wrong. Speedy drop off and pick up and car in one piece when I got back. My only complaint was that my car needed a (good) clean. Lots of dust and bird poo!

Great service and the cheapest!! Polite driver to and from the airport no hassle and after looking at directions we found parking easily. Ideal having freephone number for airport incase mobile is dead!! Cheers, will certainly recommend and use again.

Callerton parking provided a friendly, prompt and well priced service for the week up to 16/04/09. There are no frills but it is well organised and I shall be happy to park with them again.
