Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

Excellent friendly service, will definitely be back.

Worked out well for us although on arrival staff did not have details of our return flight and on pick up/return it looked as if we might not all fit in the minibus - children had to sit on parents' knees - very dangerous for all. If that happened again, I wouldn't be keen on using the service again.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The transport to & from the airport was prompt with very little waiting around.

Excellent location easy check in and swift drop off and pick up with no parking to do yourself. Would recommend this park to anyone.

Transfer to the airport was reasonably quick despite the large numbers awaiting transfer. Return was excellent. Waited only 5 mins for pick up and our car was at the entrance so cases could be loaded quickly to return home.

To start I would like to say I have parked my car at Callerton on numerous occasions, and found the service OK. But on my last visit the outward journey was fine as usual, but on my return at 0130Hrs on the 4th of April 2009, I rung Callerton as usual and told I would be picked up in a couple of minutes, 15 mins later I was still waiting so I rung again, only to be told very sharply "Mr Kitching I am busy booking another car in and will pick you up as soon as I can" So I told the gentleman "OK but I wont be using you any more if that is your attitude." He eventually arrived with some people in the bus and leaped out of the bus nearly clashing the door off the hinges chucked our cases in the bus and never spoke all the way to the park. Upon arriving there he leaped out again slamming the door again and muttering to himself, he slung the cases out of the bus leaving one tipped on the ground and stormed off. Not very good Ehh!!

Great - Very efficient service. Checked in very quickly and transferred to Airport with no problems. Pick up excellent - phoned from Airport and arrived withing 10 mins, my car was all ready to drive away.

Excellent service. Quick and helpful. Would definitely use them again. Thank you

I`ve used callerton a few times, i`ve always found them cheap, reliable, quick and very near the airport and i will carry on using them.

Service was as expected. Left car at entrance to office and collected from the same location. Collection from airport was speedy without problems. Only down side Office did not give a good impression but staff very helpful. Entrance easy to miss 5 meters past level crossing but well signed the rail level crossing takes most of your attension as you drive. Will use again.
