Spot on service everything ran to clockwork and very polite service from all staff will use again.

Give this parking 10 out of 10 no hassle on arrival and we had no problem on getting picked up thank you Callerton Parking.

No one there when we arrived, had to ring to check we where in the right place. Driver was not pleasant. When we returned the side door to the mini bus was broken and someone was inside holding it so it didn't fly open !!! We won't be using callerton again.

The only good thing was that the transport to and from the airport was on time. The man who took us to the airport early morning was chatty and friendly, the man who picked us up at the airport 8.30pm was not quite so friendly, when back at the car park he removed a suitcase from the back of the van and one of my suitcases bounced to the floor (no apology). Our Car has been damaged on the passenger side door handles, I think it has been parked too close. The paint has been taken back to bare metal, these are small marks so were not noticed until the following morning in better light. I would not use this park again or recommend to friends and family.

We have used Park and Go several times before in fact, every time we fly out of Newcastle. The level of care and courtesy, the friendly welcome and the efficient shuttle service is exceptional. We have never waited any more than three or four minutes. Over and above that, the remarkable collection of tribal art in the office is a genuine treat to see and think about. This, and the interesting conversations we have with the team, all adds a welcome personal quality to this super company. We always feel very well looked after, and wouldn't go anywhere else. We wish them continued success.

I have used this car park numerous times and have found everything spot on. I will continue to use the car park for future trips.

First class service as always from Callerton. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the pick-up and drop-off service is great. Will use again and would recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Directions to the Car park were clear, the Staff were helpful and efficient. The journey from the park to the Airport was quick under 5 mins. Our return journey was also quick, no waiting. Our own car was ready near the exit for our journey home. We were very pleased with the service and would use Callerton Parking again.
