Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

We have used Callerton parking a few times now and each time we have had excellent service - cannot recommend them highly enough, would never go anywhere else - friendly, efficient service.

Local for me, but still cheaper than taxis. 2 minutes to airport, picked up 5 minutes after confirming arrival. Great service, will definitely use again.

Efficient, speedy, cheerful, polite reception and drivers and not expensive. What more could anyone ask for. We will certainly use you again and reccommend you to all our friends. Peter and Kathy Prickett Durham

Drop off,&pickup, on time, will use again.

Spot on with drop off and pick up, waited no time at all.

Very efficient and friendly service. Cannot fault.

Always use Callerton when flying from Newcastle. Nice N easy, park up, hand your keys in, forget about it for a fortnight. On return give them a ring. Don't get any easier than that, 10/10. Will use EVERY time.

The service itsself was first class. No problems whatsoever. However the facilities could do with an upgrade. Car park was muddy and the transport, too, and from the airport was quite old and looked like it hadn't been cleaned out for years. But overall a very easy service to use.

Excellent service. On arriving - call into office, 2 minutes to hand over keys and sign a form, then IMMEDIATE transfer to airport (5 mins trip). On return, call the number handed to you when you left, mini bus picks up in 5 mins. When arriving back you car is already lined up, ready to leave. Great service.

Booking online was simple. we were greeted on arrival and issued with receipt and information about contact on return. Transfer to airport was quick and prompt. Driver was at airport within two minutes on our return. Keys were handed over and my car was ready to drive away from parking area.
