Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

This is the 3rd time I've used Callerton and again I'm very impressed. Not only are they very efficent but the cheapest as well.

I was happy with the service, they were very quick and efficient both on departure and on collecting us on arrival.

Friendly service but minibus/office could be a bit cleaner.

Drop off was fine. Did not have to wait at all and the car was taken away for us meaning we did not have to go to the other end of the park and drive into a tiny space. However pick up was a nightmare. Phoned as instructed, gave my name and was told the minibus was on its way. When it arrived we were queue jumped by a group off the flight after us from Portugal. Because of that the cars had been brought out in the wrong order and it was chaos getting out of the car park as we were blocked in. Surely it should be easy enough to check off the name of passengers as the minibus arrives at the airport and take them back to the car park in the right order to ensure a smooth departure

I have used Callerton 3 times and every time it has been very good. The staff are very friendly and the transfer to and from airport was very quick. My car was ready and waiting when I got back. Very convenient when flying reasonable prices. The only negative comment is the mini buses used to transfer have seen better days.

Did not realise there was 2 car parks at Callerton and pulled up at Airparks which we have used before. Upon arriving at Callerton we were given a warm welcome and promptly our luggage was loaded onto the minibus and we were off the the airport. When we arrived back, one quick call and the minibus was on its way. Again, luggage on board and quickly back to the car where it was parked out front and just waiting for us to collect the keys. It looked a little rough, but the service was excellent.

First class service.Punctual and efficient. Staff v helpful. Shall continue to use the facility.

Car park is very basic but perfect price and perfect location. Really nice staff, however, homeward pick up was a little stressful. I had a toddler to take to the toilet after a 2 and a half hour flight, and the bus driver was not very happy to wait and complained to my partner about it. I found this a litle rude but all in all, it was a very pleasant and straightforward experience. You can see that you have lots of experience. Many thanks, I will recommend.
