Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

I have booked with the Callerton a number of times now, I have also recommended you and booked for friends and family. I find your staff are always helpful and if I'm flying from Newcastle I don't look anywhere else,

Used Callerton parking for one week. Bit of a hoot really. Scruffy premises, scruffy mini-bus, scruffy everything really. But cheap and no problems. Used them before so no surprises there. Would use them again for my scruffy old Mondeo, but might think twice when I get the Aston Martin.

outward every thing was spot on.Return was the opposite,the service was not good.We had to wait till one bus did two trips.Being midnight with a small baby in the freezing cold to be told that there was only one person covering as it was there busiest day and other staff had gone home to sleep. Not good.

we were pleased with the service offered staf were polite and our car was ready as soon as we arrived back from holiday

Once past the initial shock of walking into the reception and having to sit and wait until the transfer bus was full before leaving for the airport and the visual state of the bus that picked us up on our return everything was fine considering what we payed.

Service was excellent and the drivers very helpful and curtious. Will use again. Thank you

It is obvious the parking is in a very muddy field, When I collected my car late on friday last it was dark and raining it was not untill the next day in daylight that I was able to inspect the car, I was appalled to find the car covered in mud splashes even the cill to the drivers side door was muddy prints inside and it was obvious from the state of the rear mud guards and wheels,they had been spinning to get the car out of the muddy field, I had to have the car cleaned at a cost, it is the very last time I will be parking at Callerton Park and Go.
