Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We landed back into Newcastle close to midnight in horrible cold snowy weather, we were collected promptly and the staff had even deiced the car. They had digged it out of the car park (along with 9 others from the same flight) and there was not a bit of snow on the car. They even had the keys in and the heater on. Very much appreciated and we shall certainly be using Callerton Parking in the future. Thanks guys.

Very happy with all aspects at Callerton. Close to airport, picked up promptly, close to A1. Only problem was the state of my car when i picked it up. Looked like it had been round a rally track. Covered in mud?

Very unpreposessing but the team are friendly and very efficient. Pickup on return was the fastest I have experienced. No frills, but a first class service. Thoroughly recommended
