Very pleased with the service and staff.On collection my car was ready for the road ie windscreen cleared of snow and a warm interior.Have used yourservice before and will do again.

Service was very good

Callerton were the cheapest parking I could find around Newcastle Airport. After a dreadful journey home from our holidays because we had been delayed by 12 hours because of snow, we arrived back at the airport, rang Callerton, they collected us in 5 mins and when we got back to the car it was cleared of snow, the engine was running, it was warmed up, it was great to get straight into the warmth and head home. I cant thank them enough.

We parked at callerton parking newcastle on the 25th november 2009. the parking was easy to get to from the airport and easy to get back. the service was good and the people where very polite and nothing was a proplem. i will definetly use this parking again.thanks to all for making our holiday parking made easy.

This is a family run business. They are very friendly people who will look after the customer and the car. The transfer from/to the airport takes only 5 minutes (including administration) and the car is returned warm (when snowed) and cleaned. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I had to retrieve my car the same day as parking it as my flight was cancelled, but was grateful for the immediate collection from the airport to enable me to drive back home.

Very near airport easy to find and prompt service both ends

It was xmas day when we collected our car, they had kindly defrosted it ready for us to drive.

Very cheerful and helpful staff we were picked up promptly and was delighted to find they had warmed the car up as it was sub zero keep up the good work
