Excellent service,really good value for money would use again.

First class service prompt and efficiant.Will recomend to anybody travelling from Newcastle.The only problem is the free phone number will cost you 40p so take your mobile.

Although the reception area was rather scruffy, the service provided was excellent, friendly and very efficient in both directions.

The receptionist had all my details available on arrival at the park. The bus had us to the terminal within 3 minutes of checking in the car. On return, the bus was at the terminal building within 2 minutes of contacting the park and our car was waiting by the reception when we got back to the park. Could not have been happier with the arrangements. I would book Callerton again.

Parking at callerton was very good. It's cheap and close to the airport.
