all was great untill our return having phoned to be collected at 4.30 at 4.50 having not been collected we had to phone again we were told by the driver that no one had passed on our first call but we would still book here again

very near airport and nxt to premier inn hotel very useful. reception staff and driver very helpful. good transfers to/from airport

Very close to airport so transfers didn't take long but we arrived at 5 am and it was VERY dark. Difficult to see where you were walking/sort out your luggage, minimal outside lighting. Tatty little bus. Would sooner park at Airport next time. May cost more but worth it.

Booking and arrival totally fine. On return to the car the car was absolutley flithy covered in mud, the nightwatch man said it was parked next to a muddy puddle so why didn't they clean it?

Ok service although not very professional, cars all over the place etc on arrival. Phoned on return after picking up baggage, Mini bus arrived promptly. However I was advised that they werent expecting me at that time and that it would maybe be a couple of hours before I could get the car. Driver said that I had given them the wrong time when I had handed my flight details over to the receptionist. Even after explaining this I was made to feel like a liar. (I have confirmation of my voucher as showing as the correct time). It was stressed that if my car was ready I should leave a big tip and this was not in a joking manner. How many times have they tried to pull this scam in the early hours of the morning. Will look to book elswhere in future.

Good service, but had problem contacting Callerton Parking from Newcastle Airport on freephone number - had to try 5 times, then connection very faint, hard to hear.

Service excellent and efficient. The only downside was the rather grubby mini-bus.

To start I would like to say I have parked my car at Callerton on numerous occasions, and found the service OK. But on my last visit the outward journey was fine as usual, but on my return at 0130Hrs on the 4th of April 2009, I rung Callerton as usual and told I would be picked up in a couple of minutes, 15 mins later I was still waiting so I rung again, only to be told very sharply "Mr Kitching I am busy booking another car in and will pick you up as soon as I can" So I told the gentleman "OK but I wont be using you any more if that is your attitude." He eventually arrived with some people in the bus and leaped out of the bus nearly clashing the door off the hinges chucked our cases in the bus and never spoke all the way to the park. Upon arriving there he leaped out again slamming the door again and muttering to himself, he slung the cases out of the bus leaving one tipped on the ground and stormed off. Not very good Ehh!!
