Apart from some confusion over my name, they did exactly what was required. Would use them again.

Callerton parking was very efficient in allowing me to relax during my holidays as I knew that my car was safe. I was glad of the quick response from the Freephone as this allowed me to drive home as soon as possible. The driver at Callerton parking allowed us to feel comfortable in the quick journey to and from the airport. I particularly liked that the car was lined up for us when we returned because I have been to airport parking previously where it was a nightmare to reverse and leave the car parking.

The price is the best aspect of this parking offer along with the prompt and timely service. The driver was talkative and pleasant although at times difficult to follow, given his native tongue. The bus was shabby and apparently wasn't the normal one used when we left for our holiday as the normal one had broken down. It still wasn't repaired two weeks later as we returned in the same shabby one. My only other comment is we were disappointed about how dusty the car was on collection, presumably arising from the surronds of the compound. They could do with a jet wash to clean them prior to release back to owners?

Just a few minutes from the airport service was very good only complaint was the mini bus that took us could do with a good clean otherwise all ok.

As a repeat customer of some years I can say from experience that, despite a very unprepossessing appearance, Callerton Carparking is worth looking at if you need a slick and professional company for your holiday parking. From the friendly staff to the prompt service, they ease the worries of travel to and from the airport so that you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

After flying in to heavy snow ithought there would be a delay on being picked up and getting my car, no problem, van waiting for us and car was running to warm it up, its the only car parking company I would use.

To look at the place you would think have I dropped a clanger, but the answer was no - the staff and the service provided was spot on, plus a added bonus of saving paying more money at other car parks. Many thanks, Callerton! Andy

The office and van used for your drop off and pick-up are surprisingly scruffy, but the service worked very smoothly and no waiting around.

Easy to find, cheap enough, checking the car in was straight forward enough. Only thing was on the return pickup the driver was very rude, unpleasant and grumpy, he's in the wrong job if you ask me.

Does what it says on the tin. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Can not fault service.
