Good value for money and the service provided was very efficient. Thank you.

We arrived at the car park at 2:30 in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were on the bus within 5 minutes of arriving. On return, we called to let them know we had landed and the bus was with us within 5 minutes. The driver again was lovely and friendly. We got our keys back within a minute which we were impressed with as there was a bus full of people getting there's at the same time! We would use callerton park and go again. :)

The company was fantastic, staff were friendly. There was a mix up and we were booked a further day on our holiday that we had realised and the company was great and kept the car allowing me to pay a further £5 on my arrival home. Will definitely be using this company next time I am travelling from Newcastle airport.

We have used Callerton Parking for the last 4 of our holidays and they have been excellent, always friendly, help you with luggage, prompt on ringing the office when you return and car always ready and waiting for you to get on your journey home.

I could not fault your service excellent, staff all very courteous and helpful.
