Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

First class service.Punctual and efficient. Staff v helpful. Shall continue to use the facility.

Car park is very basic but perfect price and perfect location. Really nice staff, however, homeward pick up was a little stressful. I had a toddler to take to the toilet after a 2 and a half hour flight, and the bus driver was not very happy to wait and complained to my partner about it. I found this a litle rude but all in all, it was a very pleasant and straightforward experience. You can see that you have lots of experience. Many thanks, I will recommend.

Good prompt service with no unforseen problems

from the moment I arrived at Callerton it was stress free. I left my car where I stopped and the guys were straight there. Took my keys and whilst I was in the office they took my case and placed it on the transfer bus to the airport. They told me to just call the freephone number when I returned to the airport from my journey-which I did and the bus was there instantly. I was handed my keys and my car was in position just for me to drive off - and this was at 1.30am - would defo do this again - thank you

Brilliant service would deff use again more than happy,

Very helpful, courteous, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Family have used this park twice already this year and will definitely use again.

Excellant service and very friendly - Thank you

Excellent service. Quick check-in and transfer to airport. On return a mini bus was there to collect us within minutes of our call following our arrival. Many thanks.

Excellent service

really impressed, as soon as we arrived at the car park we left the car and went to the minibus a couple of minutes later were at the airport. On the return the bus was already waiting and when we arrived back at the park the car was there with the key ready to go. Very efficient, friendly and will definately use again
