considering the atrocious weather and all the cars covered in snow also the car park the workers were very good, polite,and we also only waited 3 minutes for our pick up.thanks a lot

We left our car during the recent atrocious weather. On our return we were picked up from the airport within minutes. Our car was clear of ice and snow and ready to drive away. Full marks!

Would definitely recommend parking here, very quick at getting you to and from the airport. Was dreading having to clear the car with all the snow we had, but when we arrived to pick the car up it was all cleared and the car was lovely and warm. Staff were very polite as well.

Very friendly and efficient staff, we were treat with respect from arriving to departing, our vehicle was in perfect condition, de-iced and ready at the gate for us to leave. Unfortunatley our outbound flight was cancelled therefore we were out of the country from an additional day, however, Callerton were no phased by this and assured it wasn't a problem. When we left the airport the minibus was waiting for us and all in all I couldn't say a bad word, our entire expereience with Callerton Parking Outdoor was superb, highly recommended.

Excellent service. I returned from Tenerife a day late due to Spanish Air Traffic Controllers strike. The weather at Newcastle was extremely cold with snow lying. My car had been cleared of all snow and defrosted and was ready to drive away. I was absolutely delighted. Excellent service and will certainly book again.

In September i used Callerton parking for the first time after getting a good value quote from the Internet, i found the service flawless. I recommended the parking service to my parents who booked with you and returned from their holiday on 30th November, during the poor weather. My parents have asked that i email you and express their gratitude at the excellent service they received. Thier car was clear of snow and heaters were turned on making thier journey home far less streesful. We feel it is important to compliment good service as people are very quick to complain.
