Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

First impression was that the site was scruffy but the service on offer was first class. On arrival the processing was done speedily and we were at the airport less than 15 minutes from arrival at the car park. On return, we were impressed to see our cara waiting with engine running and well on its way to being comfortably warm. The only fault I could find was that the directions from the west couold have been better, as the turn off to Black Callerton was only at most 40 yards from the turn signed to the airport and so was eaasy to miss (we missed). In addition, the previous road sign did not feature Black Callerton - I think it may have said Westerhope?.

This was an excellent company to park with. They were punctual, courteous and even had our car at the entrance waiting for us, so much better than other firms we have used previously. Highly recommendable and most inexpensive.

First class service prompt and efficiant.Will recomend to anybody travelling from Newcastle.The only problem is the free phone number will cost you 40p so take your mobile.

The receptionist had all my details available on arrival at the park. The bus had us to the terminal within 3 minutes of checking in the car. On return, the bus was at the terminal building within 2 minutes of contacting the park and our car was waiting by the reception when we got back to the park. Could not have been happier with the arrangements. I would book Callerton again.

It was very easy to find and it was ran by friendly people even at the time we arrived, i felt my car was very safe which helped me enjoy my hoilday more i will use this firm every time i travel from newcastle thank you
