Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

This year was the 4th or 5th time I have used the Park and Ride facility. As usual the service was first class and the office staff and drivers very efficient and polite and helpful with luggage. If I have one small complaint it is that the interior of the mini-buses could be a bit cleaner. That said, I will continue using your company every time I fly out of Newcastle. Thanks! R M Owens

The staff were so organised and helpful we had no waiting around before being taken to the airport. Our return was a day earlier than expected - at least 20 cars had to be moved to reach ours (at 4 in the morning) but it was done courteously and without problem. I would recommend Callerton to anyone and will certainly use them again when flying from Newcastle.

People were very good friendly my car was all ready waiting for me when I came home from my hols would definitely recommend also very cheap.

Very fast and friendly on arrival, immediate transfer to the airport and on our return, the bus was there in minutes to take us back to our car that was ready and waiting for us. Excellent.

Very easy to find & close to the airport, prompt transfer and pick up. Although we did have to wait in the cold at 11pm with 2 very tired young children while the car was brought round. Most other cars were ready. Would definitely use again when flying from Newcastle.

Prompt service at drop off and pick up. Friendly staff and car ready to drive away on my return.
