Newcastle On Airport Parking Non-Flexible Reviews

Have used this car park 4 times now. It's convenient, value for money & easy to use. Would not use any other car park at Newcastle Airport.

When input ticket to exit it said I needed to pay £81.00. Ticket office had no details of my booking even though had reference number! Remember to print off details which I didn't!

The only problem, which seemed to be encountered by everyone, was the confusion in exiting the car park because you had to call into the office to validate your ticket.

The reason we park on airport is because of the coach to terminal, advertised as every few minutes. Again we waited fifteen minutes in terrible weather , we had called the office to let them know , other families with children also waiting. We decided to walk and surprise surprise the bus driver was nice and warm in the cabin having a cuppa. Disgraceful and not the first time. In fact every time we use on site parking we end up walking pulling heavy cases.

Easy to find, only problem was when trying to leave the car park, the system didn't have car registered as having been in car park for a week when it was booked and paid for more than a month beforehand!

The system was excellent and the ticket arrangement worked smoothly apart from other drivers in front of the exit queue who did not pay and eventually had to reverse and let us through.

Very happy with the park and ride service.
