I got to the location to find that the car park was closed, and looked like it had been for a while, called the phone number on the gate to be told to use the main airport car park, I would have expected to be told off this change in advance, when I went to leave the car park they tried to charge me full price for the time I had been there as it didn't recognize my number plate, had to speak with someone to resolve the situation, I won't be using this company anymore, very unprofessional

Very happy with the service, quick and efficient and close to terminal

First class. Prompt attention when checking car in & quick transit to terminal, same albeit in reverse when returning home.

Good reception on first arrival, transferred within 5 minutes very helpful driver. Return journey although we had to wait a few minutes for the transfer bus to arrive it was quick and efficient transfer to our own car, driver was again very helpful. Will use again.

All went well with no problems. I wonder though why you don't ask for car details at time of booking as this has to be completed at car park when dropping off car & extends the booking in process. Thank you.

I have used Park and Fly at Newcastle several times a year over many years and this was the worst experience ever. A bitterly cold and drizzly early morning wait outside the office for approx 25 minutes waiting for a bus to the airport and a similar wait outside the airport for return by bus to collect my car. These unwelcome delays began when Park and Fly become the transfer operator for Callerton and have gradually got worse. Poor service from a company I've trusted for decades. No fault attributed to my booking company Park and Go.

Good service, would have been a 5 but for a little wait when arriving back home & not being told where to find where car was parked.

A bit hectic on arrival, about 15 couples waiting to go to the terminal, but soon cleared up. Can’t fault this service would use again.

Great service as always.

Only problem we had with this parking was finding it in the first place. Other than that, staff were nice and friendly, service was quick, easy and there was no waiting around to be taken to airport and hardly time being picked up. Would recommend this.
