Arrived at 4.55am for a 6.10 pre checked in flight. Took almost 30 mins to book my car in !!! - only 1 member of staff and despite having the preprinted voucher with me they couldn't find my booking. Had I not used the fast track security queue I would have missed my flight Return was seamless.

I have used Park & Fly a number of times previously with no problem. However this time when I collected my car I found the empty fuel light on despite having put fuel in the car. The drivers seat had been adjusted and although I will use Park & fly again I will take a fuel & mileage reading.

When we arrived we were told off by the girl in the office, but worst of all was the man who drove the taxi to the terminal, what a obnoxious man he literally threw our cases into the back of the mini-bus and when i objected he said they are going to get a lot more worse treatment
