First class service, first choice every time for parking at Newcastle airport, very efficient service.

We have used Park & Fly many times. Their efficiency (including getting dropped back off beside your car)and courtesy combined with being so close to the airport (literally 2 minutes away)makes this our car park of choice. Like all car parks it can, and does, get busy on occasions, but we have never found the wait too long. The bottom line is that we do not have any worries when using Park & Fly

1st class parking, I've used this car frequently when flying fom Newcastle and always found them punctual at dropping off and pick-up.

First class service,from booking in to airport 5 - 10 min. on arrival from holiday and getting car another 5 - 10 min. security appeared to be 1st class.

My wife and I used Park&Fly, Newcastle in May for the third or fourth time. As usual we found the service to be first-class. The staff were both efficient and friendly. We will use Park & Fly next time.

We had a very late booking in time, 2am. No problem, we drove up to the gates, we opened the gates with the push button, the member of staff on duty that night was very friendly and helpful, drove us over to the Airport within minutes of parking the car. Returning from our holiday the mini bus was waiting for us, drove to pick our car up within minutes. No waiting, or messing around, first class service.

Very efficient, almost no waiting, no need to phone from airport as bus arrives as your plane lands, then drops you off beside your car.

Excellent service.

First class service from the office staff and shuttle bus drivers alike. I booked purely on price but couldn`t have been more impressed by the service.
