Very fast,efficient staff who were polite and very well mannered. On return we were picked up very quickly and taken straight to our car. Would definitely use company again.

Not the first time we have parked our car, but as usual recieved excellent service. Will use your parking again and recomend to our friends.

We have used Newcastle Park and Fly before and found them perfect - efficient, friendly and polite. This time our flights were complex and I was not entirely surprised that they were not waiting for us on our return. We phoned, explained who we were and expected to be collected. 25 minutes later we phoned again. This time the minibus arrived, but refused to set off before he had cleared us over the radio link despite us giving him our booking card. In the meanwhile we heard things over the radio link that we would rather not have heard! When we got back to base service continued poor with no apology. Next time I will look at other comments and book elsewhere if anyone else has had problems.

Five star service from leaving the car to the transfer bus waiting for us at the terminal on return, even though the flight was delayed 30 mins. Nice car park and very efficient and friendly staff. It was easier than parking on the airport itself and cheaper. Would certainly recomend it.

Great service - left car at reception, paperwork all available at desk, transported to airport - great. On return we were dropped of at the car and the keys brought to us, fantastic.

First class service, first choice every time for parking at Newcastle airport, very efficient service.

We have used Park & Fly many times. Their efficiency (including getting dropped back off beside your car)and courtesy combined with being so close to the airport (literally 2 minutes away)makes this our car park of choice. Like all car parks it can, and does, get busy on occasions, but we have never found the wait too long. The bottom line is that we do not have any worries when using Park & Fly

1st class parking, I've used this car frequently when flying fom Newcastle and always found them punctual at dropping off and pick-up.

First class service,from booking in to airport 5 - 10 min. on arrival from holiday and getting car another 5 - 10 min. security appeared to be 1st class.
